Former Eastern Regional Minister Seth Acheampong has stated that opposition is good for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He explained that NPP is the only party in Ghana that sits back, looks at the system, and comes up with reforms and ideas that will change Ghana.
The Former member of Mpraeso Constituency is sure the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) reset agenda will fail because they do not know what they are about.
According to Seth Acheampong, he believes that the NPP will package it well and differently for the people of Ghana to make the country better.
He said, “It is good that we came into opposition because when we come into opposition, we help Ghana. We are able to do good reforms.”
Speaking on Channel 1 Television, “I am happy we are in opposition because we are coming to ensure that the reset agenda they are describing,, which they will not be able to achieve, definitely we will package it decently and make Ghana better that is what we do and we know how to do it very well”.
He added that, “They will laugh at us that we will stay in opposition in perpetuity…I wouldn’t want to run my mouth this morning… The party is taking good decisions, let all of us respect the decisions of the political party”.
